This is one of those projects where the moment it's done you want to start over and this time you'll get it right for sure.
I hate this one, and it won't be the last time. But also I'm angry at the app and the instructions on cloth I was working with and have no interest in fixing it today.
This was fun to model. I made it so that I could play with the new SABER After Effects plug-in, but I didn't like my end result.
I thought I was going to explore the sketch & toon shaders more today, but I was wrong.
Lot of tweaking to come up with the material for the monster. I think the thing I really wanted from this was to get the translucent shadow thing, and then in this angle you can't even see it. Also, I never learned if there's a 'real' way to do it, mine's kind of a cheat.
